Automatic plastic pallet washer machine

I. Equipment Overview

This machine is designed for one person operation / continuous operation through the tunnel cleaning machine, disposal system is modular network made; scalable, the user can increase or reduce the station settings with the change of process requirements.

This machine can clean and remove the dust and cobwebs attached to the plastic pallets. (Except for plastic aging, damage, solid pollutant adhesion, and long-term untreated) and air-drying treatment of pallets, without a lot of dripping after treatment.

Workflow.                                               

◆  Forklift puts the pallet into the feeding part of the washing machine ①

◆  ② Automatic depalletizing

◆  ③Accelerate to the washing and dewatering station

◆  ④ First stage cleaning (hot water + alkali detergent) for pre-cleaning and degreasing of plastic pallets

◆  Brushing, installing rotating brushes above the pallet to brush the upper surface

◆  The second stage of cleaning (hot water) plays the role of the main cleaning, rinsing the pallet with 5Bar water pressure

◆  Air-drying zone with high-pressure centrifugal fans to remove water from the surface of the pallets

◆  ⑤ Conveyance of pallets to the stacking station

◆  ⑥Stacking station automatically puts pallets together

◆   Arriving at the staging area, the forklift truck transfers the pallets to the designated area.

Variable frequency adjustable conveying speed, different conveying speed can be implemented according to different contamination level of trays

Set operation and fault alarm device, located at the top of the easy-to-see control box for easy troubleshooting of equipment

Automatic liquid level protection, water shortage automatically cut off heating and pump power

Automatic detection of materials and automatic stopping of work if the disposed pallets are not transferred in time

The material can be released in advance in the discharge area and automatically detected to enter the next station, so that forklift personnel have ample time
