Product introduction

        We have provided plastic drum cleaning machine for many sugar and chemical companies at home and abroad. This cleaning machine is operated by two people and has tunnel type cleaning design, which can clean and dry the plastic drums.

        According to the customer's requirement this machine is equipped with 3-5 stainless steel pump heads cleaning pump, which can automatically add detergent or disinfectant to the water tank.

        Equipped with two steam exhaust fans, which can exhaust the steam inside the machine to the outside of the cleaning room through the pipe.

        The machine can be steam heated or electrically heated. Each tank has two 9Kw heating tubes, which can ensure the temperature of circulating water in the tank is kept at 85℃.

        Low noise multi-wing centrifugal fan is selected to dry the inside and outside of plastic drums with high dryness.

        Adopting HMI and PLC operation method, you can know the working status of the machine in real time.

Work process 

The operator places the plastic drums in the infeed station of the washing machine.

The first washing step (hot water + detergent) is used as the initial washing and the pre-washing has the step of degreasing the totes.

The second washing stage (hot water + detergent) is used as the main washing stage to remove almost all stains from the surface of the plastic bins.

The third washing stage (room temperature water + disinfectant) is used as the final washing stage to remove the detergent and disinfect the crates.

Finally, the plastic crate is rinsed with clean water under the control of a solenoid valve.

Under the action of the exhaust fan, the steam is discharged to the outside through the pipe.

The washing machine has two channels, also one channel can wash the barrel and the other channel can wash the lid.

After washing, the plastic drums leave the washing lane and arrive at the unloading station.

Personnel move them to the storage or use area.
